Coaching Sales Managers leads to deal dollars

Many sales organizations are investing in "sellers," but how many are investing in "sales leadership?" A publicly traded technology company with over 1 billion in B2B revenue engaged BetterUp to improve leadership capabilities in first line sales managers and increase overall sales performance. 100 sales managers got unlimited coaching. 58 sales managers did not. Both groups were equal in tenure and number of sales representatives reporting to them.
